a wig can often ruin a good lolita coordinate for me

im sorry but all of these giant fake looking wigs ruin it for me. I will be scrolling and see a wonderful outfit, then the girl is wearing a giant ugly wig and like 10 pairs of eyelashes and the most absurd contacts.. and i just cant reblog it. it ruins the whole asthetic for me. it doesnt seem pretty. it just makes it look bad and costumey.

I’m the same. :/ I hate giant-ass wigs, circle lenses, and super over-the-top eyelashes. I don’t mind fake eyelashes or regular wigs by themselves…but this whole over-the-top-everything fad is just really garish and unappealing to me.
